know the insurance process better than anybody. We are not only
a repair service for your car; we can also help you with your insurance
questions, and advise you on the claim process. In fact, we actually
facilitate the process and help speed it along.
Here are some
helpful advice and tips on what to do and expect:
| Call
your insurance company within 48 hours of the accident. |
| Provide
us with your insurance claim number so we can start the process.

| You
will be contacted on when and where the insurance adjuster will
meet you. |
| The insurance
adjuster will contact you and Emerson Auto Body. |
| Once
Emerson Auto Body and the insurance company have agreed to a
price estimate, repairs can begin. |
| Emerson
Auto Body begins the repairs. |
| Emerson
Auto Body can negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf,
should additional repairs or adjustments to the initial claim
be necessary. |
| The insurance
company will issue payment to you, NOT Emerson Auto Body. |
| Your
car will be repaired to your satisfaction. |
