are the hours of operation?
Emerson
Auto Body is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am until 4:30
pm.

Do we need an appointment for an estimate?
No, but
it would be helpful if prior arrangements were made in advance.

long does it take to repair the car?
This is
not an easy answer, since it depends on the severity of the
damage to the car. The staff estimator will diagnose the car
and give an aproximate time to repair your vehicle.

Is there a guarantee on the work performed on the car?
YES! All
work is guaranteed for as long as you own your car.

Do you have a tow truck or service we can call?
YES! We
have a service standing by 24 hours 7 days a week. In case
of an accident, customers can call us. If help is needed after
hours or on the weekend, please call the hotline number at

What
if my car is totaled?
Once an
insurance company assesses the damage, and determines that
the vehicle will be totaled, they will notify the customer
and make the necessary arrangements to pick up the car. The
insurance company will take care of any charges due to the
repair shop on a one to one dealing.

are you located? Is there public transportation nearby?
Emerson
Auto Body is conveniently located in the center of town, just
off of Kinderkamack Road , behind Kuiken Lumber. We are within
walking distance of the bus
and NJ Transit train

Where do I leave my keys?
There
is a safe key drop located on the left side of the property
on the fence, if you should ever need to drop off the car
after hours.

How safe is the lot the cars are kept in?
Every
night the cars are locked behind secured metal gates and the
area is patrolled by the local police department.

can I determine the value of my car?
If you
are curious about the fair market value of your car, Kelly
Blue Book is an excellent resource. Please keep in mind
that this is only a guideline.
